After the air compressor cooler is used for a long time, calcium, magnesium and other bicarbonate substances in the air compressor cooler water will form scale in it, which will raise the inlet and exhaust temperature of the air compressor, and the air can not be cooled to the predetermined temperature, so it is very important to maintain the air compressor cooler.
Maintenance of cooler
The cooler should be cleaned regularly according to the environmental conditions, so that the compressor can work at normal temperature and ensure a long service life of the machine. When the cooler is dirty and blocked, the compressor exhaust temperature will rise. Generally, the outside of the air-cooled cooler should be cleaned every 1500 hours, and the water side of the water-cooled cooler should be cleaned every 1500 hours. Regular cleaning of the cooler has the following advantages:
1. Make the unit always work at the ideal working temperature (below 95 ℃), which is good for the performance and service life of the machine.
2. The dirt can be removed by using cleaning fluid. Otherwise, when the dirt is thick, the cleaning work is quite troublesome. The cooler needs to be disassembled and the cleaning work can be completed by mechanical means.
Cleaning steps for cooling medium side of cooler
Air-cooled cooler
1. Stop the machine and confirm that the pressure has been released. Pull down the main power switch.
2. Open the air guide cover to clean the cover, or remove the cooling fan.
3. Use compressed air to blow the dirt down, and then take the dirt out of the air guide cover; If it is dirty, spray some degreasing agent before blowing. When the above methods cannot be used for cleaning, the cooler needs to be removed, soaked or sprayed with cleaning solution and cleaned with brush (wire brush is strictly prohibited).
4. Install the cover plate or cooling fan.
Water-cooled cooler
1. Stop the machine and confirm that the pressure has been released. Pull down the main power switch.
2. Remove the cooling water inlet and outlet pipes.
3. Inject the cleaning solution for soaking or use the pump for circulating flushing (the backwashing effect is good).
4. Rinse with clean water.
5. Install the cooling water inlet and outlet pipes.
When the oil cooler has serious scale and the above method is not ideal for cleaning, the oil cooler can be removed separately, the end covers at both ends can be opened, and the scale can be removed with special cleaning steel brush or other tools. When cleaning the medium side of the cooler can not effectively reduce the temperature, it is necessary to clean the oil side as follows:
1. Stop the machine and confirm that the pressure has been released. Pull down the main power switch.
2. Remove the oil inlet and outlet pipes.
3. Inject the cleaning solution for soaking or use the pump for circulating flushing (the backwashing effect is good).
4. Rinse with clean water.
5. Blow dry with dry air or remove water with dehydrated oil.
6. Install the oil inlet and outlet pipes
